Operation

Used in conjunction with a crane or overhead gantry, the unit incorporates an integral spring system which ensures that the forks or hook is always parallel with the ground in the off load position, enabling it to be instantly inserted into or withdrawn from the load. During operation the units assume a slightly reclined angle, giving an extra margin of safety at all stages of lifting and moving. The width of the forks and position of the lifting point are easily adjusted, which is particularly valuable for handling loads of varying types and weights.
